About

Hi, I'm Enzo — founder of Paiva Care

I grew up around sports in Brazil, and I know firsthand what it feels like when your body limits the things you love. My own history with injuries is the reason Paiva Care exists.

I studied Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy at San Diego State University, and today I help racket sport athletes — padel, tennis, and beach tennis players — and active adults move better through sports recovery, mobility, and movement education, while building my path toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Paiva Care is more than content. It's the foundation of a future rehab and performance clinic — built in public, from day one. Because movement isn't just exercise. It's confidence, freedom, and identity.
